Description

This red wine is obtained from local grapes cultivated on the hills in the nearby of Verona. Harvested by hand and lightly ripened in trays, it mirrors the passion of Giammaria and Cristian Sartori in working in the winery and vineyards. This wine is distinguished by its flavours and complex taste typical of our grapes.
It has an intense ruby red colour with unique scents of berries, dried plum, aniseed and liquorice. It has an intense structure and it’s elegant on the palate. It’s perfect with risotto, meat, game and mature cheese.
We recommend serving it at room temperature.
